RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY - Easy Breezy U.S. and International Returns
We want to make sure that you enjoy your shopping experience with us. On this page you will see the complete details on how you can return or exchange your purchases through our online store.
You have 14 days to return an item in the same condition* it was purchased for a full refund. After 14 days but before 30 days, you can still return any item in the same condition* it was purchased, for store credit that can be used at any time. After 30 days until 90 days, you can return any item in the same condition* it was purchased, for a 50% store credit that can be used at any time. * Please refer to #5 below.
Along with the item, you must provide your name, address, email address and phone number.
In case of a request for a refund, only the purchase price will be refunded to you. It will exclude the original delivery charges.
If any merchandise is wrongly described, faulty or different from the shown sample, we will make sure that we meet our obligations by refunding the purchase price as well as return delivery charges, or provide replacement for the shipped product, provided that the item is returned within the allowed time as described above.
Any merchandise marked “sale” or "final sale" can’t be returned.
Same Condition* - Merchandise should be in original shrink wrapping. Merchandise should have a sealed company tag inside the original shrink wrapping. Otherwise, it will not be an accepted return and we will be unable to process a refund for this returned item for a full refund. This return would receive a 50% store credit.

Refunds will be processed approximately 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. On International Returns, unfortunately we can't refund custom duties, taxes or shipping charges.
